"My practice is an exploration and integration of authentic movement, Co-Counseling, movement monologue and performing arts, which includes masks and costumes. I believe that when one's authentic truth is witnessed and heard, it is healing. Sometimes as a witness we have an opportunity to see into the 'mirror' and know we are not alone. Many people have been cut off from the information and emotions stored in their bodies. My work with others helps to access this information, express it and let it go in order to experience wholeness more fully and be at peace with the authentic self. Letting the soul speak, move and sing is one of many powerful tools for transformation that I uses in my performances and my work with others."
